Christina Tusan

Founding Partner | Consumer Protection & Privacy Law Expert

Christina Tusan is a nationally recognized trial attorney with more than 27 years of experience protecting consumers from fraud and deception. A former Senior Litigator with the Federal Trade Commission, prosecutor with the California Attorney General, and Assistant City Attorney supervising the Los Angeles City Attorney’s Office’s Consumer and Workplace Protection Unit, Christina has secured over $1 billion in judgments and settlements in cases involving false advertising, unfair competition, and data privacy violations.

She holds a CIPP/US certification and has earned prestigious awards from the FTC, National Health Care Anti-Fraud Association, California Lawyers Association, and the California Attorney General. She’s also an award winner from Top Verdict as part of the team achieving the second highest bench award in California in 2023, and serves as a Senior Editor of the California Antitrust and Unfair Competition Law Treatise.

Christina is also a frequent speaker, author, and advisor on emerging issues in privacy, advertising, and greenwashing regulation.

Adrian Barnes brings over 15 years of experience litigating complex consumer protection and employment law cases. With a focus on class and representative actions, Adrian has held companies accountable for data breaches, wage theft, and labor violations across a wide range of industries—from healthcare to tech to finance.

In addition to representing employees and consumers, Adrian has worked as a union-side labor attorney and as an associate at a top investment firm. His combination of financial acumen and legal experience allows him to dissect complex data-driven disputes with confidence and clarity.
